Success Program Launch: Talent Pipeline for Black Engineering, Comp Sci Students
As the tech industry continues to grow and evolve, the need for diverse talent within engineering and computer science fields has become increasingly apparent. However, Black students remain underrepresented in these areas, facing various barriers to accessing opportunities and advancing in their careers. In response to this disparity, a new success program has been launched to create a talent pipeline specifically for Black engineering and computer science students.
